Sparta Capital Partners, LLC (www.sparta-llc.com) successful recapitalizes Allcast, LLC.  The transaction facilitates Jay Garrison’s vision for the continued growth and improvement of the business

2011

Allcast, LLC makes investment to expand and improve secondary operations. Adds first 1400T press expanding capabilities

January 2012

Allcast, LLC hires Mark Magnarini as President allowing Jay Garrison to focus on his passion of operational improvement and customer development. Mark brings to Allcast 37 years of applicable industry knowledge having held top management position with three other die casting operations

May 2012

The Allcast team kicks off Lean Initiative introducing a 5S Program - a systemic approach to making an organization neat, clean and organized

September 2012

Operations Awareness Program is implemented, a formal program focused on expanding Manufacturing's role in Quality

January 2013

Allcast adds focus on quality with their Quality Information Center, a visual management board located in a high traffic area of the facility aimed to communicate all customer related quality concerns and issues to all employees

Allcast implements Catch of the Month Program, an incentive program aimed at elevating quality awareness by providing production employees additional incentive to inspect their product

Allcast expands focus on training by establishing a "Big Brother / Big Sister" style Training Program
